Not a lot, I'm afraid. In most cases, a reopair from the W2000 CD is necessary. You could try booting to "Last Known Good Configuration" when you press F8 at boot time.
Of course you need to find out why this has happened and if it's a Trojan, your best bet is to copy the data off your HDD using another PC onto which you can slave the affected HDD and then reformat the HDD and rebuild Windows. You'll need to lay out for a copy of Windows.
