Remote Desktop Connection

Expand Post »
Ok, on my laptop, im running xp pro. I have remote desktoping enabled and i've used it before with my office computer, which is on xp home. Well, the only thing is, i have to type the WHOLE ip address of my laptop in order to connect to it. Now the IP automatically changes every so often so its hard to keep track of it. I've done this before and i know theres a way to just put the name of the computer in to connect to it. Now, i've tried that but it gave me an error....... "the specified remote computer could not be found...." is there a way to fix this?
