Hi All,
Going nuts! Have been trying to open Outlook and all I get out of it is 'Failed to register a VB script dll . Have tried reinstalling and repairing to self-register, but it isn't having any of that.

Someone suggested removing the Google desk top which I have done, have also turned off anti-spyware and firewall whilst installing but it isn't interested.

Can someone help me to work this out please? I'm not terribly computer literate.
