visual studio just-in-time debgugger

When windows start up visual studio just-in-time debgugger dialog box comes showing that unhandled win32 exception occurred in onrsd.exe[1400] and agntsrvc.exe[1344].
Do you want to debug yes or no?

Why this comes?it gets my system slows at the start up.
i am using Windows XP service pack2 installed with DOT NET 2005.

have you tried googling those program names? Sounds like they're crashing at startup.

I think this needs to be moved over to a Windows XP troubleshooting forum, rather than in ASP.NET

iam using windows xp sp3 and recently i am facing the following error
An unhandled win32 exception has occurred in svchost.exe[1400]
number of errors appears asking for a debugger to debug like Visual studio Just-in-time debugger
after closing the error windows the network service gets stopped and the server is no longer accessibel on the network.
