How to request private server certificate for presentation server 4.5 SSL relay

Expand Post »
have Presentation Server 4.5 with a Web Interface server in a DMZ. They work fine over port 80, but I want to use SSL Relay. In order to do so, I understand that I require a root certificate on the web interface box, and a server certificate on the presentation server box. I was able to request and install the root certificate with ease. However, when following the directions found here... http://www.dabcc.com/thinsol/XP/FR1/..._SSL_Relay.pdf , I have different options than those shown on page 19/28 or page numbered 16 on the document itself. Namely the options I'm referring to are the Key Options like the CSP option. Apparently these instructions were written for a CA loaded on Windows 2000 and we're installed on Server 2003 Standard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Thank you,

Brandon
