help please

my comp broke, i got a diff one with windows 98, my internet co says they dont support 98, and i cant get on line, it is being connected by usb, is there anything i can do so i can get on line? thanks to all who help in advance

i tried and it wants a 25 digit code but all i have is the cd

i even have my disks for my dell comp for xp and there isn't any codes
