Hi Alex

I can't seem to access the url you posted. I'm trying to install Joomla on my computer using xampp. I learned that I need to disable IIS first because I was getting errors which were preventing from completing the Joomla installation.
I was hoping you could post to me the article you mentioned or share with me the procedure for disabling IIS. Your help is greatly appreciated.
