AD Delegation

Hi guys, if i had set a the delegation for a particular user to manage an OU, how do i give access to the user if i just want him to connect remotely to the server and manage the OU remotely?
do i need to install some software on user pc or what?

you just need the "Remote Server Administration Tools" on his machine.

Then he can manage the OU with the AD admin-tool. (just like you - except he have limited access, to that specific OU only)

One addition to that. You can configure an mmc console for him as well.
