Hi,

I was wandering if anyone could assist.

We are currently Trialing office365 and would like to know if there was some way to use sharepoint to store documents (service agreements with our suppliers and warranties etc) And then notify us when they expire on a pre-selected date.

Is this possible and if so, can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am in the process of creating a custom workflow, how would I start this.

from doing research I believe I would create a variable called current date and assign the current date to it. Then create another variable linked to the expiration date so that say:

if the current date is -30 days before the expiration date then trigger a notification email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use my insight, knowledge and global resources to help customized workflow navigate this complex world and make exceptional connections with great opportunities in regards to workflow development.
