Not able to install ethernet drivers in win server 2008

i am not able to install ethernet controller drivers in my windows server 2008 please help

If your are trying to install a driver meant for another OS, that's not going to work to well. Visit the vendors website. If they do not have drivers, you are out of luck. You'd need to get a NIC that has support for the target OS.
