Boot Failed Windows Boot Manager

Boot Failed Windows Boot Manager has occurred.
We are using the IBM System x3200 M3.
I have installed the 2008 EE Windows, when you start from the CD / DVD,
I normally start.

So was this instance ever booting correctly? You can try booting from the DVD and perform a system recovery.
