So we can better help you, we need a bit of information. When posting your question here in the Windows Software Forum, please include these items:

What version of Windows you're running (NT,2000, XP, 98, 95, ME)
If known, what version of the application you're running.

Providing those two pieces of information can go a long way in aiding other members when helping field your Windows Software questions.
