hope someone can help. i have a Dell Inspiron 1300, lap top windows xp i,d like to wipe hard drive clean to as to when i first got it. i,ve got a desk top that came with a norton go back disc and reload disc which i,ve used a few times.like to know if there is a way to do this, thanks

Sure you can you will loose all your info. insert a windows disk in the dvd/cd drive boot from cd install windows. the windows key should be on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop
