Diablo 2 runtime error

Whenever i start diablo2, i get this error:
The instruction at "0x00382c43" referenced at "0x00000004" the memory could not be "written"

any ideas?

Could be a bad stick of RAM.

Also could be video card driver issue?

Is it possible to remove the current driver and install the MFG's version of it?

i set the game to 2D and it worked.
