If you don't have Admin privileges, does indicate that not your place to uninstall the app. Should still be able to change default browser via Internet Properties in the Control Panel, if that's all you need (will effect your user account only).... I'm assuming links in a particular application are opening in FF by default when you want them to open in IE??
