Greyed-out box for selecting CD Drive (D:) or (E:) in Windows Media Player

Expand Post »
Hi everyone,

In my Windows Media Player when I open the Play menu and then click on the DVD, VCD, or CD Audio, the box which opens and offers CD Drive (D) or (E) is greyed out even though I have a CD in the D port. Can't play any CD's. So how does one "un-grey" the box? Thanks for any help!
