Extract email addresses from Outlook 2003

Expand Post »
Hi,

I have a list of display names in Outlook 2003 and I would like to convert each of them to corresponding email address.

The names are usually in a format like:
Doe, John (Company - US/Dallas)

We are using LDAP and Exchange, so I think somehow it would be possible to check each entry in Outlook list against LDAP / Exchange.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Thank you very much in advance!

Best Regards,
-Pasi

One solution found

I think I can solve this myself.

Opening the message with the initial distribution list and opening "View > Options" of the message gives the actual email addresses used in the message in the "Internet headers" section. From this I can grep the addresses to anywhere.
