problem with mapi and outlook 2000 using .net

I created an application in .net that emails a person using mapi and outlook 2000. It works fine on pc that has outlook 2000 sp1, but doesn't work on pc that has outlook 2000 no sp. Outlook 2000 puts the recipaddress in quotes. Does anyone know how I stop Outlook 2000 from puttint the recipadress in quotes?

Hi,
yes, is known problem with MAPI32.DLL
Old Outlook version interface load wrong MAPI32.DLL from WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.

To fix-it:
right library locate at Program Files folder (use global search for MAPI32.DLL)
right libraty not call as MAPI32.DLL
