CD burner

When I try to burn a cd-R, my HP Pavilliion keeps requesting a cd be inserted. The cd shows the correct available space on Sonic but my computer says that every CD I insert is full! Any ideas?
(I have previously been successful in burning new CDs on this machine.)

No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
