is this possible

Expand Post »
hello all,
i have recently been helpng a friend out with there business network. they are using office 2003 and xp. Bassically they print loads of different letters and documents that all have to be printed on different types of paper from different trays, from the same printer! They want this process to be automatic i.e. they hit the print icon and it prints the document on the right paper. but i know office has the problem of never holding it's page settings with the document. they currently use quick sets to select the right printer setting.

is there away round this? is it possible to dothis another way?
