CD Writing Wizard

My CD Writing Wizard does not start automatically in my Windows XP at the office. The one at home works. I tried to activate the balloon tips, but that did not work. Can anyone help? Thanks

Try this

- Goto Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
- Find the service - Shell Hardware Detection
- double click it to open it
- Set its setting to automatic
- click ok, you might have to reboot
