Lost MSN Explorer

I am wondering if anyone would know how to get my MSN Explorer back - I had a virus episode and when all was corrected I had lost my MSN Explorer and anything connected to MSN. I have tried to reinstall the program and it won't install - I have tried to reinstall the drivers thinking it might be them but then again no deal - I have tried to restore and again no deal. I have tried all I could think of and I am completely lost. Also just after the virus incident I also received and error message - error 1603 - it said not to delete live messenger but that had already happened. I now get no listing for my hotmail addy or msn nick.

HELP PLEASE
