Outlook 2003 Printing error

Hi,

Im having difficulties fixing an error wih outlook.
Whenever i print an email it starts on the left hand side of the page with no margin and looks very untidy.

I have printed test pages and documents in word and they print properly

Can anybody help me in solving this problem?

Does anyone know how this was resolved. I have a user experiencing this now. I checked all the obvious page setup, print options and margins settings...
