When you compose an email in Outlook 2003 you can select VIEW > Options and set Attachment Format to MIME. By default this setting says Default. How can you set this so that every message says Attachment Format MIME.???
I believe if you go into your security settings in outlook, you can change what the default settings are. Ill research more and post back later if you say it doesn't work.
