Outlook 2003 Link Error??

Expand Post »
I posted previously thinking that my problem that I have clicking on Link to open it was with IE, however as I had the software tech at the office check it over for nasties, malware etc. and the computer is clean I have realized today after using it repeatedly to try to recreate the problem, I find that it is actually Outlook 2003 that is not working properly.

The version is MS Outlook 11.8118.8122 sp2.

IE 6 works fine when I click on a Link, it opens.

When I receive an email that has a Link in it, I click on it and it indicates that internet explorer has had a problem and needs to Close.

Of course it is the long weekend and I would like to get the Links to open and it seems that Outlook and IE6 are not communicating to one another.
Since it is Easter, everyone is away and I am trying to see if I can resolve this problem via a post??

IE 6 Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.061219-1316.

I hope that this information is useful and that some member may have an idea of what the problem could be, as I have work to do with some Links on some of my Outlook e-mails.
Thankyou for your time.
