My msn is NOT working and hasnt been for a while now

I installed the latest version of msn on this computer as it was not on it before

but after the installations complete it says:

'The application failed to initialize properly (...loads of numbers). Click on OK to terminate the application

I really dont know what to do and I'm so bored without it! Pleaseee help!
