Change background color of command prompt

Open the command prompt
Click on the "C:\" icon beside "Command Prompt" on the title bar.
Click on Default and then the Colors tab.

Properties also will do the same thing. lol. What a simple tweak. Good looking out (=

You can also change the color of the text and background by using the color command inside of DOS. Use color /? to see all options

color command works

right click on toolbar & properties also works

Do open run>cmd>ok
type color 06
and see what happens .
You can also tries [01] [02] [fc] [cd] ... and any combination like 0 to 6 or a to f
