Note there is a small chance you manufactuer might want the original so....be careful

Create a new text doc called OEMINFO.INI

add this

Quote ...
[General]
Manufacturer=text here
Model=text here

[Support Information]
Line1=text here
Line2=
Line3=text here
Line4=
Line5=text here
Line6=
Line7=text here
Line8=
Line9=text here
you get the idea.

Oh, i kinda forgot to say that the OEM info is what you see when you go to

Control Panel>System.

This changes the support text.
