Every time I try to access my recycle bin. I get a message telling me that my Advanced System Care is sweeping my privacy traces.
I have uninstalled my Advanced System Care and still get the same reply. I cannot access my recycle bin no matter what I try.
Can anybody help with this problem.

For example: I am on Win98se and besides the "RECYCLE BIN" on my desktop i have "Recycled" in my ROOT directory (C:\Recycled)
Do you also have a 2nd recycle bin and have you tried getting to that one?
