hi guys, any tricks that you know how to hide a mapped network drive on windows 7. i keep trawling the web, suggestion is only NoNetConnecDisconnect via registry editing.
But it doesn't seem to work.

any tricks, or methods that you know thatcan hide a mapped network drive..

Are you looking to hide the X:\, UNC path, or both? Will this work for you, I know it says xp but a quick google search shows it works with 7 as well.

yes, i'm looking to hide the entire unc path but the MS KB is entitled: The computer description appears before the computer name in Windows XP

does it hide the unc path? but anyway thank you so much for the link, i'll try it out.. :)
