Please help Toshiba P300 series when starting all I can get it to do is go to windows boot manager or advanced boot options but no further? power light is orange even when off cannot use my restore discs any ideas please

Have sorted problem it was the keyboard keys were 1, not working 2, sticking , have removed the connection now all is working well with usb keypad but thanks for your help
