internet is working but not able to use any messenger

my internet connection is working but i am not able to sign in any messenger and not able to play online multiplayers games. I am facing this problem from last 3 days. I am using a wireless connection.

check if the sites aren't blocked by your firewall and are allowed to store cookies on your computer

the sites aren't blocked,, i am able to open that site but i am not able to join any match and also i am not able to use any messenger

Maybe your firewall or your antivirus is blocking your messenger or maybe you have some malware in your pc. Try installing Malware Bytes and scan your computer with it.
