unable to allocate Hard disk via USB

Got another one for you guys:)

Sorry if this seems like a silly/simple question to ask but I have a SATA Hard Drive plugged in to my windows 7 Pro and I'm unable to view it in "My Computer" as a drive.

when I look on Disk Management it shows it as "Disk 2" and "Unallocated" I don't seem to have the option to set a drive letter to it.

To connect the hard disk to my computer I'm using a Wnstars Communicator C2 Docking Station

Thanks again in advance=D
