Win7 32bit laptop. I've looked all over the Control Panel and can't the link for adjusting mouse sensitivity. Had no problem in XP, but this escapes me. Input appreciated. Thanks.

For the mouse, open the Control Panel --> View by Small/Large Icons --> Mouse. there are 5 tabs that allow you to configure the mouse settings.
