Hi I need some help my friend has just give me her PC tower and I need to reset it bk to factory settings I push f8 and get to the page it tells me to on the internet but I don't seem to have the restore option that shows up on the sites I've looked at can anyone help it's a vista.

Hi, if its a brand name tower,what is the make and model number of the tower.
it may not have a factory restore partition on the harddrive
