first of all i keep the charger plugged in all the time cause the battery doesn't keep a charge.Then while i'm surfing the web or playing games my laptop cuts off by itself sometimes it starts by itself other time I have to reboot itgoes into a screen that wants me to run whole computer analysist which i did but it didn't help i also ran avirus check it's clean what can be causing this?

A lot of things could be the problem. Does it run hot? It could he overheating.
It it is, see if you can still use your warentee to get it cleaned. If not, see if you can get a friend to do it. Or if you're brave, open her up yourself, and clean the cooling system.
Also, I would recommend you take a close look at what automatically starts up, and remove anything that doesn't need to start up automatically. It could be some old service in the background or something.
