password problem

Expand Post »
I purchased a used HP Pavillion laptop with Windows vista Home Premium on ebay, my problem is that its asking for a password before I get to my desktop. I dont have any OS disks or knowledge of the password. Anyone with suggestion on how to get by this to set my own password. Any suggestion that won't cost hugh $'s would be much appreciated
