Remove Default Windows Programs?

Expand Post »
I know how to do it in XP, but I have no idea in Vista. I have had Vista since the day it came out and there have many programs that I havn't even opened and I don't plan on, mainly....

Windows CardSpace
Windows Slideshow
Windows Calander
Windows Contacts
Windows DVD Maker
Windows Mail
Windows Meeting Space
Windows Photo Gallery

Is there any way to delete these applications to free up hardrive space? Unless they don't take that much space (<3 gigs all together).
