Brother Multifunction Machine & Vista

Do all older machines work with Vista? How would I connect this since it had 2 PIN Type Connectors that SCREW IN..Tower does not???

I have absolutely no idea what you mean by "2 PIN Type Connectors that SCREW IN".

NOT the type that you plug in the front of the tower, USB., this is the PIN type with two, plastic like screws?

Its the WIDER Bus Cable with Pins in it rectangular in shape, I found out today I might need an ADAPTER so this cable can be converted to the PLUG in front of tower type on Vista...I dont know if there is such a device!~
