Explanation about error Stop 0x0000000A

can anybody tell me .why system automatically shut down.i am
using vista Business 32 bit.Automatically shout down again and
again and it say stop 0x0000000A error.
(1)collection data for crash dump
(2)initializing disk for crash dump
(3)dumping physical memory to disk 100
(4)physical memory dump complete.
Kindly let me know the idea.any help would be highly appreciated.l
