I can't get my Samsung YP-K3 MP3 Player to work with windows 7 it wont even let me install the soft ware disc. Can any one help.

You should check http://www.samsung.com for updated drivers or firmware.

You could also try calling their tech support at 1-800-SAMSUNG.

Post the error massage that you get. Note that software must be Operating System specific.
