hi guys...
i use windows7 32 bit edition on my notebook
recently i installed oracle 8 on this... the installation completed successfully but when i try to start database... i get the message that the database could not be started
-> i tried starting in services.msc but failed
-> when i enter the USERNAME AND PASSWORD AS scott and tiger in the oracle main screen.. i get message "unable to connect to tns.......
pls anyone help me out.. i need to do the project
