cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet

I have just downloaded William Hill poker software but when i run it there seems to be a lot of issues. My mouse arrow and loading icon vibrate so not able to navigate the site. When i click to exit the whole thing freezes.
I troubleshoot and get message incompatible application cannot view xml input using xsl style sheet.
I also sometimes get message cannot connect to gaming server when i run the software.

I have taken these issues up with william hill without soloution, all the solutions they suggest don't work.

Can anyone help me please, i am a mere novice on pc problems.

have u tried de-installing their software and see if everything is back to normal?

if not, maybe your PC somehow got infected.

if yes, try installing it again and see if the problem goes away.
