Play video

I Downloaded a screen recorder and when I used it today, then tried playing the video afterwards, it wouldn't let me. It had said it was locked. So Then I went and changed ownership to myself so I could watch it, and it still will not let me watch it, edit it, or upload it. What do I do?

File reading failed:
VLC could not open the file "C:\Program Files\CamStudio\A Scam!.avi".
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///C:/Program%20Files/CamStudio/A%20Scam%21.avi'. Check the log for details.

That is the error message on VLC Player.

Please help me out, thank you.

Never Mind People, once I gained ownership the previous video was no good. I had to make a new video and it works perfectly!

Just below the text "Has this thread been answered?" there is a link to "Mark this Thread as Solved".
