How to install openCV in windows 7 (64-bit)

GUYs, pls help me in installing openCV in win7 64-bit, i downloaded opencv 2.3 its round about 141mb and it has some cmake files. i got it from here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/opencvlibrary/files/opencv-win/2.3.1/
and
i dont know how to proceed further?

i dont know about the problem you are facing. but for me 2008 version works on windows 7
