problem with acer bios

hi guys I just want to ask why my friend's laptop isn't booting to the desktop. Because when he turns on his laptop it will go to the bios and when he presses f10 which is save and exit it will restart and go back to the bios screen again. Any idea how to solve this guys?

Maybe you should check the BIOS settings, especially the boot order? Or already did that? :)
