Non-Admin Accounts not working

I think I have posted an issue like this before but I did not get the right and helpful solution. The problem, I can't open other accounts like the Guest account. When I turned it On, log off from admin and log in to the Guest, the screen says, Logging Off immediately and then puts me back to choosing an account again. Guys,please help me on this.I need some light shed upon this matter because I have to have another account for other users who are using my Computer.

go to start /control panel /users ,and create a new non admin acct ,with limitations,and while in there put a password onto your acct
