Vista GFX Driver/Mozilla Firefox issue....

My machine runs a NVidia GeForce 6600 GT card and when I use Mozilla Firefox, the window vibrates (sort of) up and down. I was wondering if there is something i can do to fix it. I have the latest drivers from NVidia.com
