Problem with Windows Security Center

Expand Post »
Hi

My problem is that Windows Security Center does not detect norton 2008.I've tried to disable and enable again Windows Security Center from services.msc but the problem continues.

Is there another fix than reinstall norton?

Thanks in advance

Re: Problem with Windows Security Center

Open the Security Center, click on the link near the top labelled ' Using Windows Security Center'; a Help and Support window will open. Scroll down to the bottom and there is a section marked 'See Also'.
Click the link for 'use antivirus software that windows doesn't find' and it will open a guide on how to fix it.

Re: Problem with Windows Security Center

Also, i don't recommend only on one anti-virus program...use also AVG and S&D to keep your computer clean. The AVG will show up under the security center.
