Any chance of some help translating a Hijack this report

Hey guys,
Was just wondering if anyone could help me out. My computer has been running slowly lately and running at 100%cpu when all i'm doing is browsing internet explorer. It seems to freeze for a few seconds and then is ok again, i have noticed it most with IE but seems to do it with everything.
Here is my log which had some kind of error in it when doing it, i tried to follow the instructions to fix it but that didn't work either.
